FAQ
Questions, answered without the hedging
Getting started
What can I actually use today?
Social publishing, the whole contact layer — hosted lead forms, CSV import, segments, consent records and Meta lead-ad ingestion — and bulk email and SMS campaigns. The AI content studio is in development. Every capability on the platform page carries its real status.
How long does setup take?
We build the workspace and connect your accounts for you, so there is nothing to configure before your first login. Email can go out as soon as the DNS records for your sending domain verify. Texting waits on carrier review, which takes five to fifteen days.
Do I need a developer?
No. We connect your social accounts during setup, and the only technical step on your side is adding a few DNS records for your email sending domain. A lead form works as a hosted link, or as a copy-paste snippet on the site you already have.
Can my whole team use it?
Yes. Invite people by link, with owner, admin or member roles. Connecting accounts, importing contacts and publishing are restricted to admins, and those checks run on the server rather than by hiding buttons.
Social publishing
Which networks are supported?
Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok and X. Facebook and Instagram are live now; LinkedIn, TikTok and X are on the roadmap. We do not publish to Indeed — it is a job board with no content-posting API, and any tool claiming otherwise is describing something else.
What happens if one network rejects a post?
The others still publish. Each destination is a separate send with its own result, and the post shows as partial — two live, one failed — so you retry the failure rather than the whole post. See social publishing.
Can I schedule posts in advance?
Yes, and the schedule lives in your workspace, so you can edit or cancel anything before it goes out. A background sweep claims due posts and publishes them, then writes the real outcome back onto the post.
Why does Instagram reject my text-only post?
Instagram’s API has no text-only post type — every post needs an image or video. The composer enforces that as you write rather than letting you find out at publish time, and the same rule is checked again before a scheduled post goes out.
Contacts & consent
Can I import a list I already have?
Yes. You map your columns, preview exactly what will land, and declare where the list came from before anything is written. Contacts arrive without marketing consent unless you can state how it was obtained — and anyone who previously opted out stays opted out.
Why won't it let me re-subscribe someone?
Because re-uploading an old list is the ordinary way an opt-out gets erased by accident, and it is the exact fact pattern behind most claims. Only the contact themselves can lift their own withdrawal, through a form, a confirmation reply or the API. It is enforced in the application and again in the database. More on compliance.
What happens if the same person fills in two forms?
They stay one contact. Records are deduplicated per organization on a case-folded email address and a normalised phone number. Where an email and a phone point at two different existing contacts, the email wins — households share landlines, but an email address is personal.
Do you record proof of consent?
Yes — the exact wording shown, the page it was on, the IP, the user agent and when the person acted. Those records are append-only: no interface and no database permission exists to edit or delete one. See lead capture.
Email & SMS
What happens when I send a campaign?
The segment is resolved at the moment of sending. Anyone without consent on that channel and anyone on the suppression list is dropped, with a reason recorded for every contact skipped — and the review step shows you the same count before you press send. More on campaigns.
How long does SMS take to switch on?
It depends on the number you text from. A local number needs a brand and campaign registered with US carriers, and that review takes five to fifteen days on their clock. A toll-free number needs one verification instead, which usually clears in a few business days. We start either during onboarding, and your workspace shows where it stands until the carriers approve it.
Do I need my own sending domain?
For email, yes — authenticated sending from your own domain is what keeps messages out of spam folders and keeps your reputation yours. Setup is a few DNS records and the platform shows live verification status for each one.
How are unsubscribes handled?
Automatically and permanently. An unsubscribe click or an inbound STOP writes a suppression entry and flips that channel’s consent to revoked, so every future campaign excludes them without anyone remembering to.
Pricing
How much does it cost?
It depends on which features you choose and how much you use them, so we agree rates with each agency rather than publish plans. The pricing page lists what every feature is billed on. Tell us what you need and you will get a real quote.
Do I have to buy a bundle?
No. Your workspace has only the features you ask for, and nothing has to be bought to unlock anything else. The contact database comes with every workspace, because every feature writes to it. If you choose texting from a local number, US carriers also charge registration fees, which are passed through at cost. Toll-free verification has no registration fee.
Do you serve more than one location?
Yes. Each location is a separate tenant with its own contacts, branding and sending identity, and staff who work across offices switch between them without signing out. See solutions.
Data & security
How do you keep agencies' data separate?
The boundary is in the database itself, not only in application code. Queries run under the caller’s identity against row-level policies, so a query that forgot its filter returns nothing rather than someone else’s data. Details on security.
Can I put patient information in here?
Please do not. This is a marketing system — names, contact details, enquiry sources and consent. Clinical records belong in your agency management software, and our terms ask you to keep them out of here.
Who else can see my data?
Only the subprocessors that make the product work — hosting, database, and the providers that actually deliver your posts and messages. Every one is named, with what it does and where it operates, and the list is updated in the same change that adds an integration.
What if I want to leave?
Your contacts and their consent records are yours. The privacy policy sets out the export window and how deletion requests are handled.
