About
Marketing software for an industry where the mistakes are expensive
The problem
Four tools and a spreadsheet
Almost every agency we looked at ran marketing the same way: a social scheduler, a form builder somebody set up years ago, a mail tool with a list nobody trusts, and a spreadsheet in the middle holding it together. Each tool works. The seams do not.
The seams are where the real damage happens. Someone unsubscribes in the mail tool and stays subscribed everywhere else. A list gets re-uploaded and silently resurrects people who opted out last year. A caregiver applicant fills in a form and nobody can say, eighteen months later, what the checkbox they ticked actually said.
None of that is a marketing problem. It is a data-model problem wearing a marketing problem’s clothes.
So we started from the contact record and the evidence attached to it, and built publishing and campaigns on top — rather than bolting a contact list onto a scheduler, which is the order most tools were built in and the reason their seams leak.
How we build
Six things we decided early
The safe default is the built-in one
Anything that protects an agency legally is on by default and cannot be switched off from a settings page. If a control only works when somebody remembers it, it does not work.
Say what is built and what is not
Every capability on this site carries its real status. A roadmap sold as a product is how software companies lose the customers they most wanted.
Make the failure loud
The worst behaviour in marketing software is silence — a post that never went out, a lead that vanished, an opt-out that was quietly undone. We would rather show you an error than a clean screen that is lying.
Own the boring layer
Consent evidence, suppression lists, carrier registration. Nobody buys software for these, and every agency needs them, so they are the foundation rather than an add-on.
Build for the swap
Every vendor sits behind an interface we control. When a better provider appears — or one changes its terms — that is a contained change, not a rewrite of your workspace.
One industry, properly
A general-purpose tool that serves everybody serves home care agencies about as well as a spreadsheet does. We would rather be narrow and actually useful.
