Every network's rules, enforced as you type

Character limits, media requirements and post formats differ per network, and finding out at publish time is how a scheduled campaign quietly dies. The composer checks them while you write.

What you read is what it enforces

The limits in this table are the same ones the composer checks as you write, so this page cannot promise something the product would then reject.

When something goes wrong

Partial is a first-class outcome

Publishing is asynchronous and networks reject posts for their own reasons. Pretending otherwise produces the two worst behaviours in a scheduler: silent failure, and double-posting.

One call per destination

Each network is submitted separately, so a transport failure on one cannot take the others down with it. You retry the one that failed, not the post.

Nothing posts twice

Claiming a scheduled post is a single conditional database write. A cron sweep overlapping a button press is settled by the database, not by hoping the timing works out.

Nothing spins forever

Outcomes are polled every few seconds while you watch, and swept in the background when you close the tab. Anything unresolved after 30 minutes is shown as failed, not as pending.

Bounded retries

Three attempts for errors worth retrying — rate limits, timeouts. A rejection from the network itself fails visibly instead, because the same content would be rejected again.

History survives unlinking

Every result keeps its own snapshot of the network and account label, so disconnecting a Page next year does not erase the record of what you published this year.

Scheduling is ours

Scheduled posts live in your workspace, so you can edit or cancel them. Handing the queue to a vendor means losing both.

Queue a week on Sunday night

Pick a date and time per post and close the tab. A sweep runs every few minutes, claims what is due, and publishes it — then reconciles the result back onto the post so Monday morning shows you what actually went out.

Checked again at publish time

A post is checked as you write it, again when you save it, and once more when the scheduler publishes it — so a draft written last week is held to today’s rules before it goes out.
