Email & SMS campaigns

The audience that receives it is smaller than the list you uploaded

That is not a bug — it is the entire point. Every send resolves the segment, drops anyone without consent on that channel, drops anyone suppressed, and then dispatches. The count you see is the count that was legal to reach.

Two channels

Email and text, through the same send gate

Both channels draw on the same contact database, the same segments and the same suppression list. What changes is the destination, and the rules that come with it.

Bulk email

Segment picker, composer with the required footer inserted automatically, delivery tracking, and bounce- or complaint-driven suppression. Built on Amazon SES with your own authenticated sending domain.

  • Unsubscribe link and postal address in every message
  • Bounces and complaints suppress the address automatically
  • Per-organization sending domain with SPF, DKIM and DMARC

Bulk SMS

Text campaigns to the same segments, from a local or a toll-free number, plus the paperwork US carriers require. Registration is handled for each agency (A2P 10DLC for a local number, toll-free verification for a toll-free one), and you can see where it stands while carriers review it.

  • Your sender name and opt-out notice on every text
  • Inbound STOP suppresses across every future campaign
  • Quiet hours enforced in each recipient's own time zone

The send gate

Checked where no future code path can skip it

Consent and suppression are enforced at the boundary where a message is handed to the provider — not in a form, not in a settings toggle. Anything that sends has to go through it.

Consent, per channel

Email consent and SMS consent are separate facts. A contact who is happy to receive your newsletter has not agreed to be texted, and the gate treats those as different questions.

Suppression, permanently

Unsubscribes, hard bounces, spam complaints and STOP replies all write a suppression entry. Nothing removes one automatically, and re-importing the address does not clear it.

Opt-out inside ten days

CAN-SPAM gives you ten business days to honour an unsubscribe. Honouring it on the next send instead — automatically — is simply easier than building a process to track the deadline.

Excluded counts are shown

You see how many contacts were dropped and why, before you send. A tool that quietly sends to fewer people teaches you nothing about the health of your list.

Rate-limited per organization

Sends are queued and paced to respect provider throughput and carrier limits, so a large campaign does not get you throttled or flagged.

Every outcome recorded

Delivered, opened, clicked, bounced, unsubscribed — written per recipient, so a campaign report is a record rather than an estimate.

Why the boundary, not the button

Compliance checks that live in the interface get routed around the first time someone adds a bulk action or a background job. Putting them where the message meets the provider means there is exactly one door, and it is locked.

Carrier registration

The paperwork nobody warns you about

US carriers will not deliver application-to-person texts from a number nobody has vouched for. You text from either a local number or a toll-free one, and each has its own approval: a local number needs an A2P 10DLC brand and campaign, a toll-free number needs a toll-free verification. The review runs on the carriers’ clock. We start it during onboarding and show you exactly where it is.

Skipping it does not mean cheaper texts. It means blocked ones.

Local number

  1. 01

    Brand registration

    ~1 day

Your legal entity, EIN and contact details are submitted to the registry.

  2. 02

    Campaign registration

    5–15 days

Your use case and sample messages are reviewed, including the opt-in wording your form shows.

  3. 03

    Number provisioning

    ~1 day

An approved campaign is attached to your number and throughput is set.

  4. 04

    Sending enabled

    —

The SMS composer unlocks. Until then it stays visibly pending rather than failing silently.

Toll-free number

  1. 01

    Number purchase

    Same day

A toll-free number is bought for your agency. Verification is filed against it.

  2. 02

    Toll-free verification

    ~3 business days

Your legal entity, EIN, use case, a sample message and proof of opt-in are reviewed for that number.

  3. 03

    Sending enabled

    —

The SMS composer unlocks. Until then it stays visibly pending rather than failing silently.

Send to a list you can defend

We set up your sending domain and carrier registration during onboarding, and every send is checked against consent and suppression before it leaves.
